Question

What should I be considering before buying a cooker?

Answer

Which fuel is most suitable for you (for example, do you have mains gas?) and what are your different flue options? Where can the cooker be situated? What will the appliance be used for, and do you require supply, delivery and installation/connection for the cooker?

Question

What costs are involved?

Answer

Each Aga installation is unique and the costs vary accordingly. Extra costs normally include installation of a suitable flue and laying a plinth (base) for the cooker. All installations are preceded by an estimate that outlines the costs and gives customers the opportunity to question any individual points beforehand. Our estimates are transparent, with no hidden extras.

Question

What do I get for my money?

Answer

Prices include assembly, installation and commissioning of the appliance. In some cases an Aga can be zero-rated for VAT. The Aga also comes with a selection of utensils and five years' warranty on parts only. A full year's warranty comes on parts and labour.
